This course is designed to help you with three things:

- Understanding your stress
- Reducing your stress
You will be exploring these three sections over the next few weeks, although you can go at your own pace. We want to encourage you to partner with the individuals that are ready to assist you with the course (stress coach or consultant), and take the time to work through this material along with them. They are here to make the process easier by bringing their experience and expertise to bear on your real-life situation to find solutions – fast!
Your Instructor
Vern Ward is an accomplished communicator with the drive and desire to make ideas spring to life. His experience in consulting with the B.C. Ministry of Children and Families as a facilitator and seven years spent teaching at university have sharpened his skills as a presenter. While he recognizes the importance of connecting with a client, Vern’s favorite aspect of counseling is helping them change negative behavior patterns through effective strategies.
